Payment Method

I, the Lessee, have presented a credit card for payment and understand that a monthly fee of $60.00 will be charged for each month that the equipment is leased. My first payment will serve as a deposit for the first month. After this initial payment, my credit card will be charged on a monthly basis at the end of my billing cycle until the equipment has been returned. Upon return of the equipment, my credit card will be charged with a final payment equivalent to $20.00 for each full or partial week (up to a maximum of $60.00) of my current active billing cycle. If the equipment is returned within the first 3 weeks of the rental, my credit card will be refunded up to a maximum of $10.00. For the purpose of this Agreement, a month is equal to the time between the initial date of rental and the same date of each subsequent month, or the end of the subsequent calendar month, whichever comes first.

i.e. If you rent your breast pump on January 6th, your billing cycle will be January 6th – February 5th, and then February 6th – March 5th etc. If you rent your breast pump on October 31st, your billing cycle will be October 31st- November 30th and then December 1st – December 31st etc.
