Yes, rented equipment may be returned at any time during your billing cycle. The equipment must be returned to the original rental station – White Cross Dispensary, during regular business hours. Regular business hours can be found on the White Cross Dispensary website, www.whitecrossdispensary.com.
When you return your equipment your rental agreement with the White Cross Dispensary will be terminated and the credit card on file will be charged with a final payment equivalent to $25.00 for each full or partial week (up to a maximum of $75.00) of your current active billing cycle.
Day 1 to Day 7 after last billing cycle date: $25.00 for a total of $25.00
Day 8 to Day 14 after last billing cycle date: $25.00 for a total of $50.00 from Day 1 to 14
Day 15 to Day 30 after last billing cycle date: $25.00 for a total of $75.00 from day 1 to 30
If the equipment is returned within the first 14 days of the initial rental date on the website, not the pick up date, your credit card will be refunded up to a maximum of $10.00. The returned equipment will be inspected by a member of the White Cross Dispensary. As set out in the Terms and Conditions, if the equipment is deemed to be incomplete, in need of repair or if it requires additional cleaning, you will be subject to additional fees. See fee list at the time of pick up.
Pls note: Day 1 is the rental date on the web. Billing works like a rent. It is a 30 day billing cycle.
If you rent it on October 28, your new billing cycle will start on the 28th, not the 29th. If your return the pump the same date you picked up, ie: 28, then you are now in a new billing cycle, and you will be charged 20$ as you are at the start of the first seven days. If you return the pump on the 27th, there will only be a charge for the month usage
IMPORTANT:
Only the first month is PREPAID. All other months are billed at the end of the billing cycle, ie after 30 days of usage. We do not pre invoice any months other then initial rental month.
No, a credit card is required to rent this unit at the White Cross Dispensary. You will be invoiced at the end of each month for the previous month. A deposit equal to one full month’s rental is due at the start of the rental period.
Equipment left in the pump:
We are not responsible for any personal equipment left in the pump when returned. Any personal items from the kit left in the pump when returned will be disposed of.
